31. March 2021 – The next physical edition of Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris will take place from 14 to 16. February 2022. The decision to postpone the fair, again due to the health situation, was made in collaboration with the wine marketing committees that partner with the event. Stakeholders agreed that the success of the event, which had been postponed until June, could not be guaranteed from an organisational point of view or in terms of expected business benefits, due to the ongoing uncertainty. To maintain a close relationship between the Paris event and exhibitors and visitors from around the world, Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris will offer a comprehensive program of international content and tools for the wine industry on Vinexposium Connect, the group’s digital platform, in June.

Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris 2022, an ambitious event appreciated by the whole sector.

Partners, exhibitors and buyers continue to show great participation and support for this event, which many expect to be in the spotlight following the recovery from the pandemic. Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris are once again calling on the same entity to boost business at the first major international event of 2022 for the wine and spirits sector.

We are looking forward to exhibiting at Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris, which is a real boost for business. After more than a year without major international events, we need to return to the tastings and meetings that feed our product catalogues, admits Jürgen Schlanke, managing director of German distributor Weinmarkt Mattheis.

We are both pleased and disappointed with the decision to postpone the show. Relieved because we prioritize the health and safety of our employees and partners, but disappointed because Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris is an unforgettable event for Rhonea, a moment where we meet all our customers to present our innovations and our latest vintages, but also… The pandemic may have given us new ways to communicate with them – especially through digital technologies – but there is no substitute for direct contact and friendly communication about our wines. We look forward to seeing them again in February 2022, says Pascal Duconnier, CEO of Rhonea.
